| Our journey begins in Darjeeling in the foothills of the Himalaya. We explore Darjeeling, which is a friendly and relaxed town with an interesting mixture of the days of the Raj and a vibrant Tibetan Buddhist culture. We visit the snow leopard breeding centre, the Tibetan Centre, Himalayan Mountain Institute and the Dali Tibetan Buddhist Monastery amongst other activities.
Our first trek takes us along the Singalila ridge which acts as a border between, Nepal, India and Sikkim. It is a moderate grade walk through villages and forests. From Phalut and Sandakphu on the ridge we not only have superb panoramic views of many of the world's highest mountains, including Mt. Everest, Kangchenjunga, Makalu and Lhotse, but also look into Sikkim, Nepal, Bhutan and the passes into Tibet. From Sandakphu we head back to Darjeeling, where we have a day's rest before heading off to Yoksum in Sikkim to begin the second of our superb treks.
Our trek in Sikkim is to the view point close to Guiche-la - 4940m. Guiche-la is a pass from where you look straight up to Kangchenjunga - the world’s third highest mountain. This trek takes us through the thickly forested valleys and rhododendron covered upper slopes to the snows and glaciers above the tree line. From the view point we return to our trek starting point, the village of Yoksum and from here drive back to Darjeeling from where we travel home.  Day 01 Fly to Kolkata

Day 15 Trek to Yabuk (3810m) O/N Camp
Day 16 Rest Camp
Day 17 Rest day at Rest Camp
Day 18 Trek to Green Lake (4935 m) O/N Camp
Day 19 Explore surrounding of Green Lake O/N Camp
Day 20 Trek to Yabuk
Day 21 Yabuk - Jakthang - Tallem
Day 22 Trek to Zeme drive to Lachen - Gangtok
Day 23 Fly to Kolkata, connect with flight home.
